Now Hiring - Inside Sales Lead Coordinator in Pleasanton, CA

As our Inside Sales Department grows, we have a need for new Sales Lead Coordinators!

This is a unique role that blends inbound & dispatching and works directly with clients and salespeople. A key
part of this position involves interpreting clients’ needs & urgency levels and translating that information
into which team member is best suited to run the appointment. Sales Lead Coordinators also work
closely with our service team, taking and booking technician-set appointments for our sales team. This
position requires a lot of versatility and multitasking – there’s never a dull day!

Who we are: Founded in 2003, Service Champions is a $100M+ Home Services Company in Northern
California that specializes in heating, air-conditioning, electrical, water, and insulation. We were founded
in 2003. We service, repair, and install systems with our amazing team of technicians. We service all the
surrounding areas around our Service Centers in Martinez, Livermore, Sacramento, and San Jose. This
position is based out of our company headquarters located in Pleasanton, CA. It is a professional
contact center environment where we work hard and have fun.

This role requires patience, organization, and great communication skills since you work with a wide
variety of teammates & clients each day. You are able to adapt quickly to any situation and make quick
decisions that result in a win for the client, salesperson, and business.

Key responsibilities:
✓ Strategically routing calls to the right service technicians
✓ Working with Comfort Advisors to ensure that they arrive to their jobs on-time and prepared
✓ Booking high-quality estimates by asking intuitive questions and collecting non-negotiable information.
✓ Creating urgency with technicians and clients to run leads same or next day
✓ Proactively filling or rescheduling same-day appointments with clients
✓ Completing audits/reports daily to help manage the business.
✓ Any and all new challenges thrown your way!

Role requirements:
✓ Excellent communication skills – working with Inbound/Speed Team, Service Technicians, FSRs, and
Management team.
✓ Basic knowledge of our service areas & cities we service (can learn this on the job)
✓ Strong organizational skills – avoids things slipping through the cracks
✓ Strong time-management skills – able to manage many tasks with short deadlines
✓ No job too big or too small – be willing to take on any task, but knowing how to prioritize your duties
✓ Some Dispatch/Estimate exposure is a plus
